Overview
This assignment covered the planning, design, and construction supervision of developmental works at the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar, including a sports complex, a triple-storey building of roughly 8,400 sq. ft., an overhead water tank, water supply lines, and ten residential and office buildings.
CIV Tech Associates’ scope spanned master planning, topographic survey, structural and architectural design, and the design of water supply, sewerage, roads, horticulture, and external electrification systems, alongside PC-I preparation, BOQ, tender documentation, and construction supervision through to completion.

Implementation Approach
Works were sequenced across the sports complex, the main triple-storey building, and the ten residential/office units, with CIV Tech Associates providing continuous supervision from September 2017 through completion in December 2024.
Conclusion
The BISE Peshawar developmental works modernised the board’s campus infrastructure, adding recreational, residential, and administrative capacity alongside supporting utilities.
