Overview
This assignment covers the feasibility study and construction of specialised police infrastructure across four locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Police Lines at Chitral and Dir Upper, a Dog Center at RTW Mansehra, and headquarters buildings for the Telecommunication and Bomb Disposal Units (BDU) in Peshawar. Each facility is purpose-built to the operational requirements of its unit, from kennels and training grounds to specialised technical workspaces.
CIV Tech Associates’ scope covers master planning, topographic survey, structural and architectural design, and full utility design — water supply, sewerage, and external electrification — alongside PC-I preparation, BOQ, tender documentation, and contractor procurement. The firm continues to provide detailed construction supervision across all four sites.
The project builds on CIV Tech Associates’ long-standing relationship with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, extending a portfolio of police infrastructure that spans more than a decade and multiple districts.

Implementation Approach
