Designed on 20,000 kanals of land, the Chitral Kaghlasht Mega City project is one of the largest master-planning assignments in CIV Tech Associates’ portfolio, undertaken for the Provincial Housing Authority to establish a comprehensive new urban settlement in Chitral.
The scope included a feasibility study, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and detailed master planning, together with topographic survey, structural and architectural design, and the design of water supply, sewerage, horticulture, external electrification, gas, and road networks, culminating in a detailed PC-I.
