CIV Tech Associates provides contract management services that keep public-sector and donor-financed infrastructure projects on track financially and contractually — from PC-I preparation through interim payment verification to final close-out.
CIV Tech Associates
Effective contract management is what turns an approved design into a project delivered on budget and on schedule. CIV Tech Associates has managed contracts for World Bank and ADB-financed programmes, provincial housing authority schemes, and National Highway Authority contracts, handling everything from PC-I preparation and revision to interim payment certificate (IPC) verification and variation order management.
Our contract management role on the Balakot 300 MW Hydropower Project — part of an ADB-financed PMC consortium — includes contract management and financial monitoring alongside construction supervision, while our work on the World Bank-financed KP-RIISP program requires strict adherence to donor procurement and contract administration standards across a multi-district portfolio of complexes.
