DHQ Hospital Category “C”, Judbah, Torghar

The DHQ Hospital Category “C” at Judbah is a healthcare infrastructure project aimed at bringing a comprehensive medical facility to District Torghar, an underserved region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scheme comprises a three-storey main hospital building — basement utility and storage space, a ground floor housing administration and outpatient departments, and a first floor accommodating wards and recreational facilities — alongside dedicated residential units for hospital staff. CIV Tech Associates has led the project from master planning through to construction supervision, covering topographic survey, structural and architectural design, and the design of water supply, sewerage, and external electrification systems. The firm also prepared the detailed PC-I, BOQ, and tender documentation, and managed contractor evaluation and selection. By pairing clinical facility planning with the civil infrastructure to support it — access roads, utilities, and staff housing — the project is designed to function as a self-sufficient healthcare hub for the district.
