Planned on 687.9 kanals of land in close proximity to Quetta, this scheme provides decent, well-located housing at a strategic site near the provincial capital. Land use is distributed across 335.26 kanals of residential plots, 32 kanals of commercial area, 19.72 kanals for public buildings, 190.41 kanals of roads and streets, an 18.30-kanal graveyard, a 13.36-kanal green belt, and 46.89 kanals of open space.
