Description: Consultancy services for the Tapok Dam, an Earth Core Rock Fill Dam (ECRFD) intended to harness flash floods, improve water security, boost groundwater recharge and secure perennial irrigation and drinking water supply for the Buleda area. The assignment runs in three sequential phases: a design review and hydrological validation covering updated flood and seismic assumptions, structural stability analysis, geotechnical and drone-based topographic surveys and an Environmental Impact Assessment; a validation of works already executed on site through nondestructive and core testing of the embankment, spillway and intake structures; and, following clearance, full-time resident construction supervision of all remaining civil works through to project completion.
